Our dishes are proudly prepared by our head chef using carefully selected seasonal ingredients. The morning starts with our breakfast, full of local ingredients from Ito City and Izu Peninsula.

Japanese Breakfast

Seafood Shabu Nabe with Special Seafood Soup, a specialty of the Ryokuyu.

Seafood shabu nabe is served in a flavorful broth richly seasoned with seasonal fish.
After enjoying the shabu-shabu, dissolve the miso in the soup and enjoy the gentle taste.
Enjoy this special breakfast with freshly grilled dried fish and freshly cooked kama rice, which will add color to the morning of your trip.
