Enjoy a sumptuous bento lunch box prepared with care by the proprietor of “Shun-no-Sachi Hanamaru” using an abundance of locally sourced seasonal ingredients. After filling your stomach, head to the adjacent Odoriko Onsen Kaikan. The warm bathtub will relax your body to the core. Spend your time in a relaxing, uncrowded space.

2Kawazu cherry tree log

Original Kawazu cherry tree log marking 70 years

The original Kawazu cherry tree log, which is approximately 70 years old and boasts a height of 10 m, branch length of 10m, and trunk circumference of 115cm, is the symbol and pride of Kawazu Town, and was designated as a “Natural Monument of Kawazu Town” in 2005.

Many spots to relax in nature in spring

It is wonderful to stroll along the riverside promenade lined with cherry blossom trees, take pictures, and enjoy viewing cherry blossoms under the trees. There is also a footbath spot, so you can comfortably enjoy the spring atmosphere even on a slightly chilly day.

3Kawazu Yozakura Beer Train 2025

Fantastic nighttime cherry blossoms viewed from a train window with beer in hand

Enjoying the nighttime cherry blossoms from the window of a resort train with a beer in one hand is a fantastic and luxurious experience. Inside the train, some of the lights are dimmed to create an “adult bar” atmosphere. In addition, staff members dressed in Izu no Odoriko costumes will provide hospitality. We hope you will enjoy the beautiful and magnificent nighttime cherry blossoms, which are different from those during the daytime.
